Being immersed in the events and marketing field for over nine years, Vacca has worked with many notable clients and companies, both nationally and abroad, including Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Gap Inc., Shakira, and Drake.

She has a B.A. in English Writing from St. John Fisher College with minors in Communication and Digital Technologies & Culture.  Vacca has also continued her education in the areas of Interior Design, Marketing, and Business.

After working in both Rochester and New York City, Vacca opened Pauleenanne Design in 2011.  Today, she has planned dozens of events from iconic weddings to signature birthday parties to seamless corporate events.

When not busy with the business, Pauleen enjoys exploring downtown Rochester, spending time with loved ones, and dreaming up her next Disney vacation.

Mary Vacca | Event Planner

When her daughter, Pauleen, opened the business, Mary was incredibly supportive in assisting in any way possible.  She has worked with numerous weddings, private social gatherings, and styled shoots.  As, Pauleenanne Design grew, so did it’s mother-daughter team.

In addition to working with Pauleenanne Design, Mary has hosted and planned countless events, from cocktail parties to dinners to trade shows.

Mary has a knack for efficiency and details.  Her nurturing personality, as well as her ability to keep calm in any crisis, makes troubleshooting a breeze.  She loves assisting in design production, and ultimately creating an experience that adds to the amazing memory of every clients special day.

In her free time, Mary enjoys sewing, making something chocolatey and, Irish dancing around Rochester with the Shannonside Ceili Dancers.

Patti Ehrmantraut | Event Planner

Patti has been involved with Meeting and Event Planning for more than 25 years.  She got her start as the Meeting Manager at the former Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Company, now Thomson Reuters.  While there, Patti discovered how much she loved designing and executing unique and memorable events.

Her work has taken her throughout most of the US and Caribbean.  She has a B.S. in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and earned the prestigious CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation in 1999.  She currently sits on the Board of the Eastern Great Lakes Chapter of MPI as the VP of Finance.

Patti wears several different hats, and is also the owner of Traut’s Treats, a homemade candy and gift basket company.  When not working at one of her businesses, Patti loves spending time with family and friends, traveling and following sports, especially hockey.  She is a longtime season ticketholder for her favorite team, the Rochester Americans.

Cassidy Franklin | Event Assistant

Although newer to the industry, Cassidy is eager to learn and become immersed into event planning. With experience in hospitality and her philanthropy work in college, she has become increasingly interested in pursuing a career in the events planning and marketing field.

As a graduate from SUNY Geneseo, with a degree in Sociology, Cassidy has found her passion and skill set for working with people and understanding their needs and emotions. As her educational path is not as traditional for going into an events or marketing field, she feels as though her background in sociology will give her advantage when it comes to the clientele-based side of the industry. She understands that some clients may be more difficult to work with than others and feels confident in her abilities to make the client feel as comfortable and important as possible. She has a passion for hospitality and wants to make sure everyone has the best experience possible.

When not busy with work, Cassidy enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, trying out different restaurants in the area, and traveling to new places whenever possible.

Danielle Wisset | Event Assistant

After spending many years putting her Early Childhood degree to use working in childcare and as a Pre-K teacher, Danielle is ready to steer her career path in a creative direction and dive into event planning and design.

Danielle has both an Associate Degree in Fine Arts from Monroe Community College as well as a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Buffalo State.  Although working with children and shaping young minds has been extremely rewarding, Danielle’s true passion is expressing herself creatively and making art to share with the world.  After realizing that she is the happiest while she is creating, Danielle decided to pursue a career in it.

She is looking forward to bringing people’s special days to life, starting with their vision and using her passion to turn it into a reality.  When she’s not at work, Danielle can usually be found crafting — whether it be a personal project or working on building up inventory for her soon to be opened Etsy shop.  She also enjoys spending time outside in the sun, hula hooping, going to see live music, reading, doing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
